Run Pōneke Reviews
Wellington's best kept secret. The waterfront location is stunning, the sauna and cold plunge are excellent and the run community is the most welcoming I've encountered. A gem.
As someone training for an ultra this is invaluable. Three infrared saunas and two ice plunge pools — the recovery facilities are far better than anything I've seen elsewhere in Wellington.
