I've been doing Power Vinyasa here for 9 months and it's completely changed my fitness. Rejuvenating, challenging and the instructors are superb.
The variety of classes keeps it fresh — I do hot yoga Monday, yin on Wednesday and vinyasa on Friday. Never get bored and always feel amazing after.
Excellent studio. Had to drop one star only because the hot room can get very busy at peak times. Book ahead if you can. Otherwise genuinely one of the best in NZ.
