Orangetheory Fitness Reviews
Nothing has transformed my fitness like Orangetheory. The OTbeat heart rate monitor keeps you accountable and the splat points system is genuinely addictive. Down 9kg in 4 months.
Worth every cent. The science-based approach means every session has a real purpose. The instructors are world class and the community is incredibly supportive.
Premium price but premium experience. Lost 8kg in 3 months. The mix of cardio and strength days keeps things interesting and you never do the same workout twice.
Great workout concept but the unlimited plan is expensive. Commit to 3+ sessions per week and it's worth it — otherwise the per-class rate gets costly.
First class free got me in the door and I've been going 4 times a week ever since. The coaches know your name from day one and the energy in the room is electric.
