Started as a complete beginner and the beginner Thai boxing classes are perfect. Non-intimidating, great coaches and you get fit incredibly fast. The 24/7 gym access is a huge bonus too.
The MMA programme here combines everything — Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling. Coaches from different backgrounds work together seamlessly. Outstanding gym.
