AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing Reviews
AWHI is exactly what its name suggests — total care and support. The heated vinyasa classes are challenging but the teachers make everyone feel welcome regardless of experience.
Discovered sound healing here and it's been life-changing. The studio is beautiful and the community of regulars is warm and kind. My favourite place in Wellington.
The yin yoga classes here are the best I've done anywhere. The instructor really understands the body and the concession pricing makes it accessible.
